About the author

I am Romeo Protopopesco. I am a person who faced the immense challenge of obesity, made a decision, found the right solutions for myself and succeeded in transforming my life. For nearly two years (2017-2019), I was stuck at around 228 kilograms (~502 pounds), feeling trapped in a body that was slowly killing me. In the following two years (2019 - 2021), I managed to lose 124 kilograms (~273 pounds), reaching a body weight of 104 kilograms (~229 pounds).

I share my experience with you as someone who knows what it’s like to feel imprisoned in an excessive body and who found a way to regain control over their weight
